The film rights to the series were sold to Working Title Films before it was even published and it remained with them in development for some time. When the world’s attention turned to the streaming giants the option was released and the renewed interest now lies in a television series. This has given me an amazing opportunity to return to the stories and expand on what I created in the form of a television screenplay.
